Peruvian tv is on while amazing smells hit your senses. Suddenly a plate of lomo saltado hits your table. Its literally peak the fries are crispy and soft, the meat tender and flavorful. I had to break this part up because the fried rice actually made me ascend I dont know what they put in there, but I would believe the chef if he told me he had found gods personal seasoning cabinet. This mixed with their aji verde might as well have killed me and brought me to the gates of whatever afterlife…

If you want the real Pollo a la Brasa from Peru this is your spot. I’m Peruvian and haven’t been able to find a good pollo a la brasa until now.

Fell in love with the food. Not close to me but worth the drive. The meat is so flavorful and tender and the rice is amazing too. Both the chicken and lomo saltado are delicious. Can’t wait to return!

¡Que Rico! Let me preface this by saying I lived in Peru for 2 years and I missed the food! I was so happy to be seated immediately and see the menu full of my favorites. You even get canchita (salted roasted corn kernels) to snack on before you order! The 1/4 chicken was perfect for me and filled the missing spot where Peruvian food should be in my life. The Lomo Saltado was a little different than what I’m used to and had a little less meat but still tasty. Definitely had to take some home!…

I had takeout and owner was very friendly. He shared they opened about 3 months ago and chefs are Peruvian. Pollo ala Brasa and Antichucos are both very tasty. Tasted like when I had it in Peru. Unfortunately they forgot my Alfajores that I already paid for. Too far for me to go back but I would visit again since it's so tasty.
